3·6·9

Privacy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The short version: 3·6·9 has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and the app never asks for your name or email. If you buy Premium, the payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, and we receive basic order details from them.

What is stored on your device

The app saves your settings in your browser's local storage so it remembers them next time: your volume, last preset, selected tones and ambient sound, saved mixes, any Journey sequence you build, your practice and mood notes, your reminder choice, and that you have read the safety notice. If you start the free trial, it also stores the date the trial began. If you buy Premium, it stores your license key. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser or deleting the installed app. Removing it also removes your key, which you can paste in again.

What we collect

Nothing inside the app. The only personal data we receive is what Lemon Squeezy passes on when you buy Premium (see "Payments" below).

Payments

Premium is sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the "merchant of record": it sells Premium to you, takes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipt. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We never see or store your card number. In our Lemon Squeezy account we can see your order details (your name, email, country, what you bought and when). We use them only to run your purchase: support, refunds and subscription management. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.

Checking your license key

When you enter a license key, the app sends the key to Lemon Squeezy's license service (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to confirm that it is valid. While you are online, the app repeats this check about once a week, so a cancelled or refunded key stops working. As with any web request, your device's IP address is visible to Lemon Squeezy. If the check can't reach the internet, nothing happens: your Premium access is never taken away because you are offline.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this data to identify you. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.

Third parties

The app and this site load no third-party scripts, fonts, trackers or advertising. The two third parties involved are Netlify (hosting) and Lemon Squeezy (payments and license checks). If you follow a link to another site, such as Wikimedia Commons or Creative Commons, that site's own policy applies.

How long we keep order data

For as long as we need it to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to show you or delete what we hold, where the law allows.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to how it is used. Email us at the address below. For the payment details Lemon Squeezy holds, you can also contact Lemon Squeezy.

Children

3·6·9 is not intended for young children. Premium is not offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and the date at the top.
